I enjoyed my stay at the RIU Cancun, especially the vibrant atmosphere and great dining options. however, the room situation left much to be desired, particularly due to the outdated facilities I encountered. The beach and pool areas were highlights, making it a lovely getaway despite some hiccups with the accommodation.

While the ocean view from my room was stunning, I encountered several inconveniences, from slow elevators to limited bathroom facilities. Overall, my experience was fun, but it could be improved with better communication and maintenance.

The 12th-floor room offered a gorgeous ocean view and was cleaned daily, though it felt a bit damp and the beds were smaller than expected. privacy was lacking due to the window into the shower. The connecting door to the next room let in too much noise; earplugs are a must.
